Egyptair has taken delivery of its first Airbus A320neo aircraft, which is the first of 15 A320neo family aircraft that are on lease from lessor AerCap. The leasing agreement includes both A320neo and A321neo jets.

Egyptair currently operates an Airbus fleet of Airbus A320s and A330s. The airline’s Airbus A320ceo airplanes will be phased out in the near future. Furthermore, it has recently taken delivery of its first Airbus A220 jet. In addition to the Airbus aircraft, Egyptair operates Boeing 737, 777 and 787 jets. Egyptair’s cargo subsidiary has Airbus A330 freighters in its fleet.
