As part of a reorganization, Travel Service, a Czech airline with subsidiaries in Poland, Hungary and Slovakia, changes its name to SmartWings, the company’s low-cost brand.
By the end of 2018, all Travel Service operations will be conducted under the SmartWings label. Travel Service was previously responsible for charter flight operations, whereas SmartWings was operating scheduled flights. As part of the rebranding, Travel Service will receive the current livery of SmartWings.
The SmartWings fleet consists of Boeing 737 aircraft, including brand new 737 MAX 8 airplanes.
