IndiGo, the largest airline in India by fleet size and passengers carried, has announced that it will launch flights connecting Bangalore and Hong Kong, starting on December 11. The route will be operated as a daily non-stop flight between the two cities.
As part of its international expansion, IndiGo also operates daily non-stop flights between India and Abu Dhabi, Colombo, Kuala Lumpur and Kuwait. Most recently, in October, the airline announced its new service to Male and Phuket.
India’s largest low-cost airline carried over 46 million passengers in 2017 and has a fleet of Airbus A320neos/A320ceos and ATR 72-600 aircraft. The airline also ordered 25 Airbus A321neo airplanes.
